Thanks. Part of my point is that if you don’t require metaC to observe, then the phenomC of M@L is always observing everything everywhere, so everything is “already” “always” collapsed. Is not M@L phenomenally consciousness and (the only) fundamental? If so, then time and space are not fundamental, let alone matter.
