Re: Will idealism ever become part of the mainstream?
Cosmological Multiverse is the simplest model to account for the incredible number of distinct universes necessary to make this one unsurprising. Cosmologists have probably thought of all possible patterns that can produce infinite worlds. The problem with Multiverse is the number of useless univer...

Re: Will idealism ever become part of the mainstream?
Goff's lucky conclusion is absurd, but publish hot takes or perish, even if the conclusion is worthless.

Re: Will idealism ever become part of the mainstream?
Atheism entails the cosmological Multiverse because of cosmic fine-tuning, or accepting that we're just astronomically squared lucky like Goff.

Re: Cosmic Consciousness: meta-cognitive or non-meta-cognitive?
A cosmic disassociated mind will have disproportionately many Boltzmann brains, violating the anthropic principle.

Re: Cosmic Consciousness: meta-cognitive or non-meta-cognitive?
How does a nonmetacognitive cosmic scale mind evolve flawless disassociation before metacognition? But why do we assume that it has ever been a singular one before dissociation? May be it is dissociated and has always been dissociated by its very nature? How does a fundamentally disassociated cosmi...
