Re: Bernardo vs Graham Oppy!!
"That evolutionary model completely rules out any possibility of 'top-down' involution of Spirit..." I promise you something huge; nobody here, not even Cleric, believes that BK's model rules out evolution of life inherently involving teleology. Fact. Cleric might work hard to show ways yo...

Re: If thinking could mean...
If thinking could mean exactly what I 'wanted' it to mean it would mean something like, "precisely letting go of everything I 'know' so that this particular mystery right now can speak within me in order to be brokenly spoken from me." Too long! it would mean 'a listening that speaks from ...

Re: Bernardo vs Graham Oppy!!
Let's play a game. I'll show you specific comments by BK that support my claim that he fully grasps why evolution must include the participation of ideal forms, and you show me just two comments by BK that support the claim that "BK states over and over again that MAL does not need to evolve......

Re: Deeper reading, Steeper Art
Well, a way it can be put is that there is only one truth that manifests itself perfectly in any and all contexts in which it is manifesting. That perfection isn't to be confused with the necessary imperfections/limitation that come from manifestation itself. And the egoic process is the very act of...

Re: Deeper reading, Steeper Art
Cleric, you wrote: "Well, at this point I am simply lost." Trust me, I'm with you :) Don't mind whatever Soul says about it. " You say ".. atheist could have the same insight" but I really don't know what insight you speak of." I was speaking of the insight you seemed t...

Earth as school
I won't post the entire piece here, but if you enjoy it and are curious, direct message me and I'll send you the entire piece. I like this exploration of the somewhat common metaphor of life as a classroom. ....... {From the lost vault: a very relaxed talk speaking straight to the imaginations of th...
