Some Questions I Feel That Get To Root Of All Things And Shake Off Blind-Physicalist Reality Worldviews

Is there an infinite/eternal break or discontinuity betwixt the
subjective/qualitative and the physical/objective/quantitative?

Is there an infinite/eternal break or discontinuity betwixt all
subjective/qualitative centers?

1. Everything is infinitely separate/disconnected/discontinuous
(nothing pre-birth, nothing post-death)
2. Everything is infinitely its own
separate/disconnected/discontinuous center for itself only yet is
eternal
3. Everything is the same exact/literal anything

How therefore, if it is option 1 or 2 do we all share the same world? And
if we're all made of same particles, same stuff, just in different
arrangements then how can that infinitely segregate conscious
experiencers or oblivionize them at death?

Either it's an infinitely disconnected reality (pure nihilistic
atheism with everything becoming nothing). Or it's somehow still
infinitely subjectively delineated yet eternal conscious experiencers.
Or there's only one of us throughout everything respective to anyone
conscious of themselves and therefore also nothing which ever was
excluded

In the first two options (raw mundane atheism/option 1, and the
multiverse of walled-off souls/option 2) is it possible "some" (what?)
are excluded from ever being existent. Or in the first two options are
all beings possible going to exist/are existing?

Could the world be united physically in the first two options, one
with itself ultimately (yet, somehow in option 1 conscious subjects
are annihilated and didn't exist before birth, and in option 2 each
subjectivity is infinitely walled-off yet the physical/objective world
is unified with itself)
